Terms of Service

By accessing nomanhassan.com or engaging Noman Hassan for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

I provide SEO consulting, technical audits, content strategy, link building, Google Ads management, and web development services. Specific deliverables are defined per engagement in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

• Minimum engagement: as defined in your SOW (typically 3 months for retainers)
• Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion (or monthly for retainers)
• Refunds: pro-rated for unfulfilled deliverables only

All deliverables created for you become your property upon final payment. Methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain my IP. You retain ownership of all data and content you provide.

SEO results depend on many factors outside my control (algorithm changes, competitor activity, market conditions). I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes — only the application of best-practice methodology.

My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if needed.

I may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email if you're an active client.
